Ordered funeral wreath costing 90. The size was much smaller than we anticipated. The family were disappointed, did not consider it value for money.

we placed an order for flowers to be delivered to friends who had been bereaved. The following day I met one of our friends and when no thanks were given it started me thinking. I asked and they had not been delivered. The following day I rang the florists and the young lady who answered knew nothing about it. To be fair she made enquries and later contacted my wife. It appeared that the flowers were still in a delivery van.Fresh flowers were delivered and were very nice but what, I wonder, would have happened if I had not made the initial enquiry?Somewhat disappointed.
