It is my local chippy along with whitby for excellent fish and chips. I live 25miles away and 60miles to whitby, that should tell you all you need to know!
Sadly I was really disappointed tonight - 4 meals and all not very nice... The Sausage was overcooked as were the chicken nuggets ... and the fish and chips were actually dripping with grease... 3 of us couldnt continue eating ours as it was just too unpleasant. I really wanted this to be a good experience but sadly I dont think Id either go again or recommend it.
Thank you for doing gluten free fish & chips and even curry sauce! After being diagnosed as a coeliac, I didnt think any chip shop would go to the hassle of doing gluten free fish and chips. Im so glad you did. Even my daughters had the gluten free just in case we got them mixed up and they loved them too. Friendly staff and great service. Thanks again
